Warm Up
Now it's time to put all the different types of factoring together. Remember to take to GCF first, then decide if it's a 1x^2 trinomial, an a>1 trinomial, or a difference of squares. Finish lesson 7 and also go back and review your assignments (see your outline) to see if the other assignments (such as lesson 5) are now complete.
Once your assignments are up to date practice on Khan academy - you now can practice "factoring polynomials 1 and 2".
Lesson
Today we will be practising a variety of questions in preparation for next Wednesday's Unit 3 test. Once you begin the review I will be asking you to show the work from one of the questions on "show me" app and take a screen shot and submit it to me so I can post the solutions on my web site. Make sure you check the answers first and show all the steps.
We will also be correcting the quiz today - I will demonstrate the use of the "show me" app.
Wrap Up
To finish we will complete a "ticket out the door" where you can show me you understand ho
